Friday Spotlight: Courtney Sewell
I came to MomsMakingSixFigures from the corporate world in banking management. While I was successful in my career, I longed to be home with my kids as I had dreamed I would be when I was younger. Each day I could feel the window of time when my kids were still little quickly shrinking, and I gradually lost hope that having a life at home with them was possible. So, when I sat down with a woman from “Moms” and got some information on the company, I was intrigued. I jumped in and began building my business, and the hope for a life that I had thought was lost came back to me.
Since the day I got information and then got started, I have continued to fall in love with the company and what it’s providing to me. Working my Moms business has allowed me to be home with my kids, planning around the things I want to do with my family. Routine things like picking up my daughter from school, volunteering in her class and chaperoning her field trips are all things I previously was unable to do that have just made me so happy. And yet I still have a meaningful professional life and am working with the most amazing people in my business. The support I have received has been incredible and it is so nice to be passionate about my work because it involves helping others. Plus, the income I’m earning exceeds what I made doing banking management and the potential for growth is uncapped. I want anyone reading this to know that you CAN live the life you’ve always dreamed of, you don’t have to be stuck in that job that demands priority over the most precious things in your life. And each of us on the Moms team would love to help you achieve that thing in your life for which you’ve maybe given up hope.
