About this Episode
In this episode, I interview my dear friend (and slightly reluctant interviewee), Joon Fuller, who has taken the real estate market by storm as a thriving realtor for Keller Williams in San Diego. Joon’s success is due in large part to her diverse professional background which has equipped her with a unique ability to approach her work from the perspective of someone who is both business savvy and street smart, with an eye for aesthetics and a penchant for marketing and numbers. Joon ascribes her adaptability and success to her foundation in business, at her parents’ insistent request, as well as her resolve and endless optimism. Leaving a safe and flourishing career in marketing for Hanes, to become a ‘Gal Friday’ for Levi’s would look like a career catastrophe to most outsiders, but to those that know Joon, and her ability to “just decide, and do it”, this decision was ultimately the catalyst to her achieving six-figures for herself.
Listen to our interview, of a winding road to success and the pursuit of God-given purpose. Joon offers relatable and tangible advice on chasing your dreams, the importance of knowing the inner workings and business side of any profession, and the importance of vision and optimism. This episode will have you laughing at Joon’s dry wit and story telling, as well as inspired by her vision and grit. Her wish for her children is one that we could all benefit from enacting in our own lives, “Find the purpose that God gave you and do it well, so that the people who are looking at you are positively influenced by you.”
